Missing you like crazy!

Sittin on the porch, its raining...
I cant escape the rain
I cant escape this pain!
and I'm missing you like crazy...

Babes, I love you
still do,
and im still crying,
and I'm missing you like crazy....

little drops hitting the window pane..
I'm goin insane...
sitting alone in solitude
and I'm missing you like crazy....

The thunders' crashin down...
I'm losing my mind
tryin to erase memories...
and I'm missing you like crazy....

And all the people, they feel ashamed...
everyday is another today...
Its just the months that change....
and I'm missing you like crazy...

Ah yes to miss the one who makes you feel warm alive and loving is the saddest moment to indure. Hugs from a friend to comfort. A lovely piece to reflect the moments with.

I am so damn familiar with this kind of anguish ... missing someone to the point of a relentless ache. So much so, the
pain somehow becomes a part of you ... gripping you in
and around every moment of the day .

You captured the torture of missing someone well here.
And the repition of the line, "missing you like crazy" really
emphasizes the agony of just how empty the world is
without that special person ...

Bravo!

This my friend...this is poetry! Your words scream the truth of what I knew was in you in your loss! This is wonderful and though the language is a bit more modern that I typically like to see in my reading (personal bias only) I think this works proudly even for me. You've used those words so poetically and wonderfully. I am deeply sorry for your loss and I am very familiar with the pain you are going through. Writing it out is one of the best ways to calm it. Finding an answer and a sense of closure however is the only cure (if one even exists). Sometimes we carry small reminders of the broken heart disease for life.

My wishes certainly are for you to find adoration in the smiles of one who will not stray. A slendid job all around. I enjoyed this a great deal.

BRAVO!
